Kayla's 5th Hello Kitty Birthday Party

Really cute dress from Aunt Amy and Uncle Dax

Kayla showed no excitement at all. Again standing here with her hands on her mouth.
She did have a blast singing in the microphone. We had some music playing on the loud speakers so the kids could dance and take turns singing. During one part of the party we were all outside and noticed Kayla was missing. We then found her alone with this microphone. haha so cute!
Proud Mommy

We were suppose to have a pony for pony rides but something came up. Then we were told we could get two goats for the kids to pet and then that backfired because supposedly the goats were not really trained yet and we didn't have a pin to put them in. So we made the best of the situation and had some pony races with these horse heads on a stick.
Melody taking off for the win. She is running and behind her Dalton is actually galloping. haha
Opening her gifts. She was very quiet and shy during this part of the party. I asked her later if she was not happy with her party and she said that everything was her favorite and their was so much to do and look at that she was just thinking.
Girl time....Grandma got her this jewelry box and some makeup and necklaces and a purse.

* Kayla ended up having a fever the next day of 103, which explains why she was not herself for her 5th B-day. A couple of days after...we went somewhere and a woman asked her how old she was and she said 4. She said she didn't know that once she turned 5 she stayed 5. lol Poor thing.

I like that picture of Melody running too. I like ALL the pictures! Boy, she had a lot of birthday fun and after those other parties you're probably birthday-ed out. Happy Birthday to Melody in a few hours too.
