Dinosaur Mood

For Christmas my parents gave Preston some dinosaur eggs which were molded out of dirt. Inside the eggs were dinosaur bones and once you find all the bones, you put them together to build a dinosaur skeleton. Preston was so excited when he found the first bone that he lost it in the grass! We will have to do another egg in which we can actually build the skeleton.

NEW TOYS

Preston playing Mortal Kombat v.s. DC Universe with dad. Preston always picks Superman and Kayla calls him the man with the red blanket wrapped around his neck haha. These pillow chairs have come in handy for many activities. Both of the kids enjoy lying against them while coloring in their jumbo activity books.
Kayla enjoys playing with Barbies but she loves playing with Princesses.

My parents gave Kayla the Sleeping Beauty Light and Sound vanity! She absolutely has a blast with it and I smile just walking past her room hearing her talking in her Princess voice.
And she always has those wings on too!

New Years Eve 2008-2009

The kids were excited about the balloons, hats, glow sticks, party horns, and necklaces we brought home for them.

The kiss at MIDNIGHT!
Our party favor table!
Jacob and Chris
Brittany, Tracy, Jeanna, Chelsea, and myself
Brian, me (duh) and Chris lol

Again we put together a party for all of our friends! The theme was black and silver and we had all sort of decorations and party favors. Watching Chris stand on the van to hang the balloon drop was even exciting. There was awesome music, singing, dancing, food....... it was great! We really enjoyed ourselves this year.

Christmas in Texas and My 26th B-day

Me after an 8 hr drive to Texas! Meeting niece Chloe Rebecca Stokes for the 1st time.
My 26th Birthday even though Amy only put 24 candles on my cake. She got me my favorite Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream on chocolate cake from Baskin Robbins! Yummy! Hannah and Dax are waiting so patiently for a slice.

My dad took us to the RAVE to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and it was AWESOME. For a 2hr 48 minute movie it was well worth it.

Christmas in Millington

Preston is such a Daddy's boy. Whenever Chris is around Preston wants nothing to do with me.
I am assuming that Chris took this pic. Since my mom was wearing red, she was Santa and I was her elf. We were chosen to pass out all the gifts!
Gotta have a couple pics to compare from previous years.

On Christmas Day we celebrate with my mom's side, either in Collierville or Millington and this year it was Millington. We always draw names for gift the day after Thanksgiving which makes it more personal.

Christmas in Cordova

Every year we go celebrate Christmas Eve with my Dad's side of the family. We also visited Wolfchase Mall and so much has changed. The kids enjoyed watching the train more than actually riding it. Preston just sat in a cart and then got out. Haha This year several members have added additions so their were babies everywhere. We played the Dirty Santa game as usual and my dad put in Super Man boxers as a gag gift. I ended up with a cooking rack and some glass pans and Chris got two bottles of Olive Garden Italian dressing a a $30 gift card to there. My Aunt Dianne made all the children pink stuffed elephants, and the babies pink lambs. Since Preston was the only boy, she made him a stuffed horse.

Christmas in Collierville

They are growing so fast!
Aunt Melody made these for their rooms! I'm excited!
We mocked the movie The Polar Express and put some bells in the front yard. Then the kids noticed them in the grass and said the reindeer had left them. It was cute. Preston immediately ringing his bell to his ear.

Christmas

Kayla has been wanting a cat but since I am allergic, we agreed to the Fur Real Cat. She was very excited when I brought her gift to her because it was meowing!

Preston didn't know what to think of his electric guitar. Once he saw the microphone his face lit up! He loves to sing! The guitar plays different music and the microphone really works. I think this was his favorite gift of all.
From Santa Claus Preston got: A Camo Man, two motorcycles with men, flying aircrafts, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Games, fire truck, Cars cups, flashlight with shapes.

Kayla got: A diary with lock and key, an Ariel hairbrush, princess cups and plates, a dollhouse, a school bus, Princess magizine, flashlight with shapes to trace objects on the wall.

We all enjoyed baking Santa some chocolate chip cookies and sprinkled reindeer food in the front yard.
*Will update Santa pics when found, I have like over 10,000 pics on my computer that I need to move to my shutterfly account*

Robertson Christmas

We celebrated with Chris's parents and grandparents on the 23rd since we had so many places and people to visit this year. Luckily, they live close because it was pouring down rain.
Kayla got: Barbie  Laptop, Barbie Styling Head, and a Cinderella Princess Baby Doll. School Bus Game, Olympic Barbie, and
Preston got: Cars Laptop, Dinosaurs, and Super Heroes punching bag. A ton of hot wheels, Emergency vehicles

*Can't find the pictures...will update when found * :(

Kayla's Program

Kayla is in the very back row with green antlers to the left. I didn't get to focus as much on her program as I wanted to because Preston was throwing up everywhere, but luckily I got this pic. They sang Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
